As Managing Director at launchlabs, I help organizations turn complexity into clarity — and clarity into working solutions. With over 19 years rooted in Lean operational excellence and human-centered design, I've led innovation projects across Europe, Southeast Asia, Silicon Valley, and the Gulf region.
I combine strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial drive to deliver — whether designing enterprise-wide transformation programs, facilitating C-Suite alignment sessions, or co-developing AI-powered solutions with client teams. I don't just talk innovation — I build it, together with the people who need to carry it forward.
What sets me apart is the ability to read a room, cut through complexity, and move teams from uncertainty to action. Based between Berlin and Jakarta, I bridge European precision with Southeast Asian agility — equally comfortable in a Fortune 500 boardroom and a hands-on prototyping sprint.

Before I solve anything, I listen. I sit with the people who do the work, understand what they actually need — not just what the brief says — and connect that with where the organisation wants to go. That's where the real solution starts.
I don't hand over slide decks and leave. I live-code prototypes, design systems, build dashboards — right there with the team. When an insight surfaces during fieldwork, it becomes something testable the same day.
Dialysis machines, airline turnarounds, surgical waste tracking, carbon removal — I dive into domains that aren't mine and come out with solutions that surprise the experts. Curiosity paired with speed is how I stay useful.
